Reunion Giving

Reunion Weekend

Reunion giving is a critical component of the Sewanee Fund, accounting for approximately 20-25 percent of the alumni giving total in any fiscal year. Class volunteers are busy calling and emailing classmates throughout the Easter semester to encourage reunion attendance and support for class reunion gifts. During reunion weekend, this year June 1-3, 2018, the volunteers see, often for the first time in years, those whom they have contacted to come back to the Mountain. Reunion campaigns take place during the fiscal year of a class’s reunion, meaning classes whose graduation year ends in “3” and “8” are currently raising class gifts.
